Problem with Personal Favorites

I've elected to keep my IE8 favorites synched with my Personal Favorites
folder contents on Skydrive. But is doesn't work. If for example I reorganise
my favorite folders in IE8 I find that after a while the website addresses of
some moved favorites have been blanked out. The entry is in the right place
but there is no web address link to the site any more.

Can anyone tell me if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong here?

I suspect that it is a bug, but can't tell you as I don't use this feature.
There have been a few other reports of similar behavior.
