I have a problem with windows live gallery. I put my photos online. After
some days all my photos became unavailable (I have a red cross for all my
photos). Does anyone have an explanation or a solution? I tried to put other
photos online, they are available only a few minutes and they become
anavailable.

Do you mean Windows Live Photos - http://photos.live.com - which is part of
Windows Live Skydrive?
How are you uploading? What are you viewing the photos with (browser version)
and are you sharing the photos with anyone?

Yes, I mean Windows Live Photos. I'm uploading my photos with the software
Windows Live Photo Gallery. I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and I share my
photos with some people. Some of them are able to see them. But they are in
France. In USA all my friends can't see the photos.

Thanks for the clarification. It is strange that some people can view the photos
while others, including you receive the red "x" when trying. Typically a red "x"
means that there was a problem downloading the image because the browser has
blocked images in settings or the image URL is incorrect.
Are you sharing the album or sharing individual photos with the send link via
email option for each photo? If you simply go to http://photos.live.com can you
see all of your albums and browse them? Are the permissions for the albums set
for everyone (public) or shared with certain people only?

If I go to http://photos.live.com it said that I don't share any album. But
when I click on Photos in the menu, I get another page with all my albums.
There is a red cross on each of them and I can't browse them, all the photos
have a red cross.

I share my albums with certain people only.

I don't know if it's important, but my account isn't a live address.

I don't think it matters if your LiveID is your won email address vs. a Hotmail
account. I would, however, try creating a new LiveID and uploading an album of
photos using this new LiveID to a new album and see if the problem persists or
is resolved.

I want to know, who picks the photos for Bing? I hope they don't put photos
people take of and for themselves. I think I know the answer to this
question, no ... all the photos on Bing are taken by professional
photographers and have been edited to the highest standards. It's a great
idea, I'll use Bing as my homepage because I like the photos they use.

The answer is that they select licensed photos. This article explains it:
http://login.vnuemedia.com/pdn/content_display/features/pdn-online/e3ibdf529f18374f6c96f5ed3eb555d9aeb

They are quite lovely, aren't they?
