Sorry there is an error please try again

live sync wouldn't sync between my 2 computers. It wouldn't show ne
files added to folder and gave an error message if I tried to view th
files remotely. So I deleted the folder from Live Sync and tried addin
it again on the website and got this "sorry there is an error please tr
again". I also got this error when I tried to view the folder remotel
to see if I could download/view files on the website
